The State Reform Association (AYSR) on June 18, 2018 issued a statement rejecting all 15 ANFREL reports, alleging that Cambodia’s elections were not free and fair.
In a statement released by the State Reform Association, which Fresh News recently received, ANFREL’s June 15 report is based on a lack of basis and a self-fabricating argument that does not reflect the current reality of Cambodia.
