សាធារណរដ្ឋអៀរឡង់ នឹងពង្រឹងចំណងមិត្តភាពក្នុងតំបន់ ដោយផ្តោតជាពិសេសលើកម្ពុជា

នៅថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ចិន្តាសោភា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជារដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យ លោកជំទាវ Deirdre Ní Fhallúin ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាព នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋអៀរឡង់ ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលមាននិវេសនដ្ឋាននៅទីក្រុងហាណូយ ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង។

ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងលោកជំទាវឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតបានកត់សម្គាល់ដោយក្តីពេញចិត្តយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះទំនាក់ទំនង និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការល្អរវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋអៀរឡង់ ហើយបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការលើកកម្ពស់បន្ថែមទៀតនូវទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរក្នុងវិស័យដែលនាំមកនូវផលប្រយោជន៍រួម។

ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលអៀរឡង់ ចំពោះជំនួយដ៏មានតម្លៃ ជាពិសេសលើវិស័យអប់រំ ការដោះមីន និងសុខាភិបាល។ លោកជំទាវឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតបានបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលអៀរឡង់ក្នុងការធ្វើឱ្យកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅនូវទំនាក់ទំនងរបស់ខ្លួនជាមួយបណ្តាប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់ ជាពិសេសប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដោយបានគូសបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមទៀតថា វិស័យអប់រំជាសសរស្តម្ភសំខាន់នៃកម្មវិធីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់អៀរឡង់  ដែលស្របទៅនឹងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។

ភាគីទាំងពីរបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើសារៈសំខាន់នៃការបង្កើតយន្តការពិគ្រោះយោបល់ទ្វេភាគី ឬគណៈកម្មការសេដ្ឋកិច្ចចម្រុះ ដែលនឹងត្រួសត្រាយផ្លូវដើម្បីពង្រឹង និងស្វែងរកវិស័យថ្មីសម្រាប់ភាពជាដៃគូ ជាពិសេសក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈលើបញ្ហាតំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិដែលមានផលប្រយោជន៍ទៅវិញទៅមក។

The Republic of Ireland to Strengthen Regional Ties: A Focus on Cambodia 

On 13 June 2024, His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call by Her Excellency Deirdre Ní Fhallúin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ireland to the Kingdom of Cambodia with Residence in Hanoi, at the Ministry.

His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Her Excellency the Ambassador noted with deep satisfaction relations and good cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Republic of Ireland, and underlined the importance of further elevating the engagement between the two nations in mutually beneficial interests. 

His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his profound appreciation to the Irish government for their invaluable assistance and support to Cambodia, particularly in the fields of education, demining and health. Her Excellency the Ambassador reaffirmed the Irish government’s unwavering commitment to deepening its engagement with countries in the region, especially Cambodia, adding that education sector is a key pillar of their cooperation program, which aligns perfectly with the Royal Government of Cambodia’s Pentagonal Strategy - Phase I.

Both sides emphasized the importance of establishing a Bilateral Consultations or Joint Economic Commission mechanism which would pave the way to further strengthen and explore new avenues of partnership, especially in trade and economic exchanges between the two countries.

Both parties also exchanged insightful views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
