បងប្អូនទាំងអស់គ្នា តើសប្បាយចិត្តទេ? តើនេះជាសមិទ្ធផលរួមរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាមែនទេ? តើនេះជាផ្នែកមួយនៃសាមគ្គីភាព មិត្តភាព ក្នុងចំណោមបណ្ដាប្រទេសសមាជិតអាស៊ានមែនទេ? តើយើងចាត់តាំងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ស៊ីហ្គេមនៅឆ្នាំ២០៤៣ ត្រូវនឹង២០ឆ្នាំខាងមុខទៀតឬទេ?
ឯកឧត្ដម Prawit Wongsuwon តំណាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ ដែលជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ SEA Games លើកទី៣៣ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥!
សម្ដេច ឯកឧត្ដម លោកជំទាវ អស់លោក លោកស្រី បងប្អូនជនរួមជាតិ ទាំងនៅទីនេះ ក៏ដូចជានៅទូទាំងប្រទេស និងនៅបរទេសជាទីស្រឡាញ់!
ថ្ងៃនេះ យើងពិតជាបានយល់ច្បាស់នូវន័យដែលហៅថា (១) «កីឡារស់នៅក្រោមសន្តិភាព»។ ចង់បានការរៀបចំនូវពិធីបែបនេះតទៅទៀត ចាំបាច់ណាស់ត្រូវរួមជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលការពារនូវសន្តិភាពឲ្យខាងតែបាន។

ថ្ងៃនេះ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ប្រកួតកីឡា SEA Games លើកទី៣២ បានមកដល់ទីបញ្ចប់ ប្រកបដោយថាមពល និងទទួលបានជោគជ័យដ៏ត្រចះត្រចង់។
ក្តីសប្បាយរីករាយ ពោរពេញដោយស្នាមញញឹម និងសម្រែកអបអរសាទរកងរំពង បានបង្កើតនូវមនោសញ្ចេតនា ដ៏ជ្រាលជ្រៅសម្រាប់គ្រប់ៗគ្នា។
ក្នុងនាមម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ កម្ពុជាបានខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងអស់លទ្ធភាពក្នុងការរៀបចំ និងបម្រើគ្រប់សេវាតម្រូវការ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យការស្នាក់នៅ ហូបចុក និងបម្រើការងាររៀបចំប្រកួតប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន និងសម្រេចបានជោគជ័យ។

រួមជាមួយសម្ដេចពិជ័យសេនា ទៀ បាញ់ និងឯកឧត្ដម ថោង ខុន អនុញ្ញាតឲ្យខ្ញុំ៖ អរគុណ អត្តពលិក SEA Games ទាំងអស់ ដែលចូលប្រកួតនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា! អរគុណ ប្រតិភូកីឡាគ្រប់ប្រទេស! អរគុណចំពោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃបណ្ដាប្រទេសអាស៊ានទាំងអស់ ដែលបានបញ្ជូនកីឡាករ/ការិនី មកប្រកួតនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្នុងពេលដែលកម្ពុជាធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះនៃ SEA Games លើកទី៣២ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣។ ខ្ញុំចាត់ទុកថា នេះគឺជាចំណែកមួយនៃស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាព ការយោគយល់ មិត្តភាព និងជំរុញការធ្វើសមាហរណកម្មក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌអាស៊ាន។ ខ្ញុំសូមឧទ្ទិសនូវសមិទ្ធផលរបស់កម្ពុជានៅថ្ងៃនេះ ជា (២) ចំណែកមួយនៃជោគជ័យក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាពរបស់អាស៊ានរបស់យើង។
អរគុណប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទូទាំងប្រទេសដែលបានគាំទ្រនូវ SEA Games។ សូម (៣) ឧទ្ទិសនូវសមិទ្ធផលដែលយើងបានសម្រេចនៅពេលនេះជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅទូទាំងប្រទេស គ្រប់និន្នាការនយោបាយ គ្រប់ជាតិសាសន៍ និងសាសនា សូមទទួលយកនូវសមិទ្ធផលដែលយើងបានខិតខំនៅថ្ងៃនេះ។ សូមអរគុណ ចំពោះអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចូលរួមជួយយើងនៅក្នុងឱកាសដ៏មហោឡារិកនេះ។
ខ្ញុំសូមយកឱកាសនេះអរគុណនិងកោតសរសើរចំពោះសម្ដេចពិជ័យសេនា ទៀ បាញ់ ឯកឧត្ដម ថោង ខុន ក៏ដូចជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំដទៃទៀត គ្រប់ផ្នែក គ្រប់កម្លាំង ដែលខ្ញុំចាត់ទុកថាជាប្រតិបត្តិករ SEA Games លើកទី៣២ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ពីការចាប់ផ្ដើមរហូតដល់ការបញ្ចប់ថ្ងៃនេះ។ យើងធ្វើបានសម្រេចជោគជ័យហើយ។ សូមអបអរសាទរនិងកោតសរសើរសម្ដេចពិជ័យសេនា ទៀ បាញ់ យ៉ាងស្មោះអស់ពីចិត្ត។
ខ្ញុំមិនភ្លេចយកឱកាសនេះថ្លែងអំណរព្រះគុណចំពោះព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ក៏ដូចជាព្រះវររាជមាតាជាតិខ្មែរ ដែលព្រះអង្គបានគាំទ្រចំពោះដំណើរការនៃការប្រកួត SEA Games ហើយក៏អរព្រះគុណចំពោះព្រះវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ (៤) ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ ព្រះបិតាជាតិខ្មែរ ដែលបានបន្សល់ទុកនូវកេរ្ដិ៍មរតកមិនអាចកាត់ថ្លៃបានសម្រាប់ជោគជ័យនៃការប្រកួត SEA Gamesឆ្នាំ២០២៣។
ខ្ញុំសូមយកឱកាសនេះ អរគុណចំពោះ (៥) រដ្ឋាភិបាលនិងប្រជាជនចិន ជាពិសេស ឯកឧត្ដម ប្រធានាធិបតី Xi Jinpingដែលបានជួយកសាងពហុកីឡដ្ឋាននៅទីនេះ សម្រាប់ការប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងពិធីបើក ពិធីបិទ និងការប្រើប្រាស់តកូនតចៅទៅពេលក្រោយ។
ខ្ញុំសូមអរគុណចំពោះមិត្តភក្ដិបរទេសដែលបានចូលរួមជួយកម្ពុជាក្នុងវិស័យកីឡារយៈពេលកន្លងទៅ ក៏ដូចជាក្នុងរយៈពេលការប្រកួត SEA Games នៅពេលនេះ។ ខ្ញុំសូមអធ្យាស្រ័យចំពោះប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាមិត្តភក្ដិនៅក្នុងចំណោមអាស៊ានរបស់យើង ប្រសិនបើមានកំហុសឆ្គងណាមួយកើតឡើងដោយអចេតនា។ យើងខ្ញុំរង់ចាំនឹងទទួលយកនូវមតិរិះគន់ ដើម្បីស្ថាបនានិងកែលម្អសម្រាប់ពេលអនាគត។

Today, the 32nd SEA Games has come to an end with energy and great success.
Happiness, full of smiles and cheers created a deep emotion for everyone.
On behalf of the host country, Cambodia has made every effort to organize and serve all the services needed to ensure that the accommodation, food arrangement and serving the event’s run smoothly and successfully.

Together with Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh and His Excellency Thong Khon, let me thank all the SEA Games athletes competed in the Kingdom of Cambodia, the sports delegates from all countries, the governments of all ASEAN countries for sending athletes to compete when Cambodia hosts the 32nd SEA Games 2023. I consider this to be part of the spirit of solidarity, understanding, friendship and promoting integration within the ASEAN framework. I would like to (2) dedicate Cambodia’s achievements today as part of the success within the framework of our ASEAN solidarity spirit.
I thank the people all over the country for supporting the SEA Games activities. Let me (3) dedicate the achievements that we have achieved now to the people across the country, all political tendencies, all races and religions. Please accept the achievements that we have worked hard to achieve today. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped us on this auspicious occasion.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank and commend Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh, His Excellency Thong Khon, as well as other leaders in all fields, all of whom I consider to be the operators of the 32nd SEA Games 2023 from start to finish. We have succeeded. Please congratulate and appreciate Samdech Pichey Sena Tea Banh sincerely.
Let us not forget to (4) thank HM the King and the Queen Mother of Cambodia for supporting the SEA Games process. We thank the late King Father of Cambodia for leaving us an invaluable legacy for the success of the 2023 SEA Games. I would like to (5) thank the Chinese government and people, especially to President Xi Jinping, for helping Cambodia in building the stadium for the opening and closing ceremonies, and for future generations.
I thank all the foreign friends who have helped Cambodia in the past as well as during the SEA Games preparation. I apologize to the Cambodian people as well as to our friends among ASEAN if any mistakes are made unintentionally. We look forward to receiving constructive feedback for future improvements.
